 Return and Refund Policy
I am a lone artist drawing, designing, packaging, and shipping all orders. Due to the time and logistics involved, I am unable to accept returns of any items. However, If you are in any way unsatisfied with the products you have received, I may be able to refund part or all of your order, or replace damaged or subpar items.


To be eligible for a refund, you must be the original purchaser and have a valid receipt. Refund requests will only be honored within 30 days of the ship date of your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. As part of the refund process you may be required to submit pictures of any damaged products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are non refundable due to their one-of-a-kind nature: Original drawings (not prints), commissions, and any other original work are all non refundable and non returnable. Additionally, any damage not caused in shipping (i .e. damage caused by improper framing or handling after you receive a package) disqualifies the damaged item from any refund or replacement. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
