I stumbled upon this derelict building while walking around NW Portland. After a passerby told me it was slated to be torn down, I looked into the building more:
It is the old Centennial Mills building that the city of Portland has been trying to redevelop for the last 20 years. Recently plans have changed to demolish the building and water tower and build three residential high rises in its place. I’m glad I captured its former beauty while I could.
